Taxi Chat is a complex solution, which is to cover all the needs of passenger transportation companies. That includes the possibility of configuring the system from administrator's panel, the possibility to create and follow up the orders through dispatchers' interface, the mobile app for drivers, which allows accepting orders. Every Taxi Chat component has its own features.

The app for customers allows ordering the car along with specifying the route and the additional requirements (for example the kids chair or the empty trunk). Besides that, the client is able to perform the cashless payment and become a participant of the rewards program.

The app for drivers allows browsing through the available orders and pick the one you like. It also allows collecting the cashless payment after the job is done.

The dispatcher's interface allows creating and following up the orders. It also provides the possibility to work with the drivers, cars, city objects and other databases. Besides that, the dispatcher's interface is intergrated with Google Maps.

The administrative panel allows you to fully control and configure the system.
