3050 is a client feedback management system for the taxi services, which allows supporting flawless operating of the support services.
The concept of 3050 project has become an idea of creating the CRM system specifically for the support team of the taxi companies. The main task of the project was defined as creating the full cycle of handling the client's feedback, whether it is a complaint or the support request. The most important issue during the development was ensuring that the system is resistible to high-loads. Right now the system is designed for at least 40 000 users per day.
